Felicia is responsible for recruiting and retaining NAPNAP's membership; coordinating Sustaining Membership and Industry activities; supporting NAPNAP's network of local chapters and Special Interest Groups; and directing communication efforts, including NAPNAP's website and publications produced by the national office.
