1 Comment - However there is a push to get the numbers of nurses up without consideration being given to the best education. I am often concerned when I see nurses coming out of quick programs without a real understanding of the profession
There are time constraints in the Primary Care setting, we see patients every 10-15 minutes. This can make for a long day and often times patients complain about being seen twice.
2 Comments - I wish I had an answer for our PNP students BUT I strongly feel that if our profession is to continue to grow We as PNP's in the community need to step up to the plate and take these students on at whatever cost
