- Medical Dictionary for Word - This file contains a medical dictionary for Word that can be added in Custom Dictionaries for most versions of Word. The file is public domain. The instructions are for XP but the principle is the same. There is a directory under your C:\Users\{Your Account Name}\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\UProof\ that contains custom dictionaries. Just copy the file to that directory (it may possibly be Proof directory but most of the time it will be UProof). Then open Word, goto File|Options|Proofing|Custom Dictionaries and add the file by clicking on the box that should appear next to the file name. If the file is missing and you are in UProof, add it to Proof.
