NAPNAP 2014 will take place in Boston, and it is important for exhibiting companies to become familiar with the Massachusetts Rules on Pharmaceutical and Medical Device Company Code of Conduct. NAPNAP's Annual Conference is accredited by NAPNAP for continuing education, and therefore may be supported by pharmaceutical and medical device companies under these regulations. Any questions that you may have about the Massachusetts Rules can be directed to our Exhibiting Manager, Doreen Bonnema (contact information listed above).

 

 
BOOTH PERSONNEL
Exhibiting companies are allowed three booth personnel badges per 10' x 10' booth, which allows entrance into the exhibit hall only. Additional exhibit hall badges may be purchased for $150 each. Please register your staff here. All booth staff must be pre-registered prior to March 1, 2014.

HOUSING
NAPNAP has selected the Boston Sheraton Hotel as our headquarters hotel. It is conveniently located adjacent to the Hynes Convention Center and is connected to the Convention Center via the Prudential Center. Reservations can be made by clicking here.

Special note regarding hotel reservations: NAPNAP has designated only the Sheraton for hotel rooms for the conference. You may receive calls from companies offering you special room rates. THEY DO NOT REPRESENT NAPNAP. Please make your reservations through the above link ONLY.
ADDITIONAL OPPORTUNITIES

Industry Sponsored Events - satellite symposia, product theaters and in-booth presentations.

Program Book Advertisement - include an advertisement (various sizes available) in the conference program book, which is distributed onsite to all conference registrants.

Conference Hotel Room Drop - a limited number of hotel room drops of approved promotional materials are available to be delivered to our attendees' hotel rooms.

Conference Registration Bag Insert - insert promotional materials in the attendees' registration packets, which are distributed onsite to all conference registrants.

Conference Attendee Mailing List/Blast E-mail - rent the conference attendee mailing list or choose to send a blast e-mail to conference registrants.
