Indiana PNP of the Year

The Indiana Chapter wanted to celebrate a PNP who works in a community with children and who has made an impact on the lives of children and families in that community.

CRITERIA:

    Be a member in good standing in the Indiana Chapter of NAPNAP
    Made a contribution that has, or may in the future, further the PNP role
    Impact of the contribution must be felt on the local level

EXAMPLES OF QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE NOMINEES MAY INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:


    Service on committees to further the health of children
    Service to IN-NAPNAP
    Awards/membership in organizations that advocate for children
    Presentations that focus on pediatric health care

DEADLINE FOR APPLICATION:


    September 1st each year

NOMINATION PROCESS:


    A double spaced, typed narrative description (500 words or less) of the reasons the nominees should receive the award.
    1-2 letters of reference addressing how the nominee fits the award criteria

This award will be presented annually at the Chapter’s Educational Conference The conference this year is September 24, 2010
