Past President: Marijo M. Ratcliffe, DNP, ARNP, CPNP-PC

Dr. Ratcliffe received her undergraduate BSN degree in Nursing from St. Louis University, St. Louis MO, her Master's in Nursing from University of Washington, Seattle WA, Pulmonary Traineeship from Pulmonary Department at Seattle Children's Hospital, and doctoral degree from Duke University in Durham, NC.

President: Icel Sullivan, DNP, ARNP, CPNP-PC

Dr. Sullivan attended the University of Washington, Seattle, WA for both her BSN and DNP. She currently works at Kadlec Regional Medical Center as a Pediatric hospitalist for the Neonatology Services as well as High Risk Infant Follow-up Clinic in Richland, WA. Her clinical interests include newborn care and high risk infant follow up. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, skiing, and traveling with her husband. She also enjoys spending time with her three young adult children when their busy schedules allow. 

Treasurer: Charisse Timbol Gumapas, DNP, ARNP, CPNP-PC

Dr. Timbol Gumapas received her undergraduate BSN degree and DNP degree from University of Washington, Seattle, WA. She currently is employed in the Pulmonary Department in Sleep Clinic at Seattle Children's Hospital. 

Continuing Education co-chair: Darby Foor, MSN, ARNP, CPNP-AC/PC

Ms. Foor received her BSN in Kinesiology from Penn State University, University Park, PA, BSN in Nursing from University of Pittsburgh, Pittsburgh, PA,  and MSN in acute and primary care from Catholic University of America in WA DC. Darby works in Developmental Behavioral Pediatrics at Yakima Farm Workers Clinic in Yakima, WA.

Dr. Agtarap received her BSN in Nursing and Doctorate of Nursing Practice in Primary Care from the University of WA School of Nursing, Seattle, WA. Sarah currently works at UW School of Nursing as Director of PNP Acute Care and Primary Care Program and in the ER at Seattle Children’s Hospital. 

Communication Chair; Maria Brnjic, MSN, CPNP-PC

Maria is originally from Cleveland, Ohio, but currently calls Seattle, WA home. She earned her degree at The Ohio State University (Go Buckeyes!), and quickly after graduation moved to Yakima, WA to work in a FQHC prior to moving to Seattle. She now works in the pre-anesthesia clinic at Seattle Children’s Hospital, where I have the privilege of caring for a diverse group of pediatric patients. Outside of work, she enjoys going on adventures with her dog, relaxing at home with a good book and cat cuddles, as well as running, hiking, trail running and paddleboarding.

Dr. Longway is originally from Chattanooga TN, but now calls Tacoma, WA home. She received her MSN-PNP in Primary Care from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, TN, and DNP-Executive from Johns Hopkins University, Baltimore, MD. She is currently employed at Pediatrics Northwest - Mary Bridge Children's in Tacoma, WA. Her clinical interests include pediatric mental health, health equity, and billing & coding! Outside of work, she enjoys powerlifting, hiking with her two rescue dogs (Sunny and Shea) and husband, and anything related to food. 

Legislative Chair; Rachel VanDeMark, DNP, MHA, ARNP, CPNP-PC

Dr. VanDeMark received her BA in Psychology from University of VT Burlington, VT, BSN in Nursing, Master of Health Administration and Doctorate in Nursing Practice from University of WA, Seattle, WA. She is currently working at the Nisqually Indian Tribe Health and Wellness Center in Olympia WA.

Legislative Committee, Robyn Evans, MSN, ARNP, FNP-C

Ms. Evans received her Bachelor of Science in Microbiology from University of CA at Davis, CA, and her MSN Nursing FNP from Yale University, New Haven, CT. She is currently working at Seattle Children's Hospital in Adolescent Medicine and Nursing Faculty on the Leadership Education in Adolescent Health Training Grant at University of WA, Seattle, WA. She is celebrating her 25th year in practice! Outside of work, she loves nordic skiing, hiking, backpacking, and watching NBA games with her teenage son.

Dr. Milfort received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from University of South Florida Tampa FL, MSN in Nursing from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, TN, and Master of Public Health and DNP in Acute Care from Johns Hopkins University, Baltimore, MD. She is currently employed at Seattle Children's Hospital, Seattle, WA in General Surgery.
