About our Chapter
In 2002, the NC-Charlotte Chapter of the National Association of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners was organized to support the growing number of pediatric nurse practitioners and advanced practice nurses in our area of the state. Our mission statement is threefold:

To promote and foster the objectives and purposes of the National Association of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners.

To develop and/or sponsor programs for the ongoing education of pediatric nurse practitioners, school nurse practitioners, family nurse practitioners, neonatal nurse practitioners and clinical nurse specialists in the Charlotte area.

To support and facilitate state and local programs improving the quality of health care for infants, children, adolescents and young adult.
