President: Minal Patel

Born and raised overseas, Minal came to the U.S. in 2000. She earned a Bachelor of Science in nursing from Western Michigan University, later her MSN from Western Governors University, then her Nurse practitioner degree with Fresno state, and finally her Doctor of Nursing practice, in hopes to have independent practice in the future. She has worked at Valley Children’s Hospital for more than 15 years in various roles, including floor nurse, relief charge nurse, home care nurse, and oncology nurse. Minal now works as a pediatric nurse practitioner with Clovis Pediatric Group and in Inpatient Rehabilitation at Valley children's hospital. In her spare time, she enjoys crafting, running and spending time with her husband and three children. 

President-Elect & Social Media Chair: Lauren Perry, CPNP

I was born and raised in Central California. I attended Fresno State for my bachelor’s and master’s degrees. I have worked at Valley Children’s Hospital in Madera, California, since 2011. I currently work with Dr. Galvez in the Hand and Plastic Surgery division, caring for children with complex congenital hand differences and trauma. Most importantly, I am a wife and mother of three.

Immediate Past President and Legislative Chair: Pam Marsh, DNP, RN, PPCNP-BC

Dr. Marsh has a strong background in pediatric health care, with extensive experience in hematology, oncology and endocrinology at Valley Children’s Healthcare. She is the co-chief nurse practitioner at Valley Children’s and an associate professor at National University. She serves in several board roles with the San Joaquin chapter of professional organizations, including president and legislative chair. She has also participated in Capitol Hill Day to advocate for key health care issues. Outside of work, Marsh enjoys traveling, skiing and spending time with her two children and two Australian shepherds.

Secretary: Erin Noyes, CPNP

Erin was born and raised right here in the Central Valley. She is a board-certified pediatric nurse practitioner who has +10 years of experience in primary care and over a year ago decided to specialize in pulmonary care. She is currently working in the Pulmonology clinic at Valley Children’s. She earned her Bachelor’s of Science at Chico State University and received her Master’s at Fresno State University where she’s has taught as an adjunct professor. In her spare time she enjoys traveling, cooking and attending many of her three kids sporting events with her husband.

Treasurer: Cassandra Anderson

Cassandra is a board-certified pediatric nurse practitioner and asthma educator who works at Valley Children’s Hospital in the Pulmonology clinic. She earned both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees from California State University, Fresno, and has taught as an adjunct professor at CSUF and National University. She specializes in asthma management and education and is also beginning to focus on the care of patients with cystic fibrosis. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, being outdoors—whether running or relaxing—and spending time with her husband and three sons.

CE Chair: Lauren Bradley, MSN

Lauren has been a neurology nurse practitioner at Valley Children’s Hospital in Madera since 2016. She helped establish the hospital's Level IV Epilepsy Center. While she practices general neurology, she specializes in epilepsy management and surgery. When she's not in the office, she enjoys spending time outdoors. She attended undergraduate school at UC Santa Cruz and UC Santa Barbara and graduated from the Yale GEPN program in 2015.

Membership Chair: Jenna Kuipers, RN

Jenna began her career as a registered nurse at Valley Children’s Hospital in 2010. She became a pediatric nurse practitioner in 2015 in the pediatric surgery and trauma department. She currently specializes in gastroenterology, with a focus on inflammatory bowel disease. Jenna earned both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in nursing from California State University, Fresno. Jenna is a published contributor to the nurse practitioner textbook Pediatrics: A Primary Care Approach. She is passionate about teaching fellow nurses and colleagues about gastrostomy tubes. In her free time, Jenna enjoys walking her dog, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.

Membership Chair: Laura Osborne, DNP, APRN, CPNP-AC

Laura Osborne is a pediatric nurse practitioner specializing in pediatric neurosurgery at Valley Children’s Hospital, where she has practiced for the past three years. She has 11.5 years of nursing experience, including extensive experience in adult and pediatric emergency and trauma care. Laura earned both of her undergraduate degrees from Jefferson College of Health Sciences and her Doctor of Nursing Practice from Arizona State University. Outside of her professional work, she enjoys camping, hiking, cooking, and baking.
