Chanon Ridore, APRN CNP
Chanon pnp of the year

Chanon Ridore has been a pediatric nurse practitioner at Hennepin Healthcare since 2012.  She began her healthcare journey in Atlanta, GA  12 years ago where she worked as a nurse practitioner in the area of ENT and primary care.  After 4 years of practicing in Atlanta, GA, Chanon and her family relocated to Minnesota in order to be closer to family.  For the last 4 years, she has operated as lead nurse practitioner while at Hennepin Healthcare.  “In this position as the lead nurse practitioner, I work with an amazing team of providers.  Not only do I operate as a liaison between the pediatric nurse practitioners and leadership but I’ve also had the opportunity to build an innovative orientation program for new incoming nurse practitioners. It has been an amazing journey!” said Chanon.

Chanon is a wife and mother of three handsome boys.  She enjoys spending time with her family, creating gift baskets, and scrapbooking when she is not serving as a dedicated nurse practitioner.  She is humbled and incredibly honored to be named  Minnesota NAPNAP PNP of the Year.
