The North Carolina-Charlotte Chapter of NAPNAP was established in January 2004. This year, we celebrate 20 years of NAPNAP in the Charlotte region.
Our chapter hosts educational opportunities both in person and virtually for continuing education. We typically host a spring conference for a day of networking and learning. This year, we held our first mini-conference with state Sen. Gale Adcock, NP, as an opportunity to discuss current legislation impacting nurse practitioners in North Carolina.
As a chapter, we are committed to supporting nurse practitioner students. We provide opportunities through monthly dinners and social media to connect with potential preceptors.
