Chapter Advocacy Updates

  • The Pennsylvania Coalition of Nurse Practitioners (PCNP) is engaging another lobbying firm to help with the push for full practice authority in 2024. This is a common practice and we want to get this bill passed in this legislative session!

  • Full practice authority legislation has been introduced in committee in both the Pennsylvania House and Senate.
  • Student symposium will be held virtually on Saturday, March 23, 2024 - register by visiting their website.
  • The PCNP Finance Committee presented a proposed budget for 2024. The board of directors approved the budget
  • Register for the 2023 annual conference! Don’t forget about the Friday evening PAC event - special 20th year celebration! PCNP is 20 years as an organization! Roaring 20’s event!
  • 2024 conference will be held at Seven Springs Ski Resort Nov 14-16, 2024.
