President: Brianna Dale, DNP, CPNP-PC

Brianna Dale is a pediatric nurse practitioner at Le Bonheur Children’s Hospital. She began her nursing career there in 2010 and spent the next 8 years at the bedside in the CVICU. She obtained her DNP from UTHSC in 2018. Since that time, Brianna has been an inpatient neurology nurse practitioner at Le Bonheur. She has taken care of patients with a wide variety of neurologic conditions, but her interest is focused on pediatric epilepsy.

Immediate Past President: Brittany Williams, DNP, CPNP-AC/PC, CNL


Brittany Williams is dually certified as both a primary care and acute care pediatric nurse practitioner. She attended the University of Tennessee Health Science Center where she received her doctorate and primary care certification and most recently completed her acute care certification through the University of Tennessee Knoxville. She has been a nurse practitioner for the past six years at Le Bonheur.

Secretary: Chrisla Key, DNP, APRN, FNP-C, CPNP-PC

Chrisla is a family and pediatric nurse practitioner with University Le Bonheur Pediatric Specialists in the division of pediatric urology. She has been a nurse practitioner for 16 years. Her special interests are in transitional care and educating patients and their families about diagnoses in a way that makes the information easier to understand.

CE Chair: Holly Lydigsen, DNP, CPNP-PC


Holly Lydigsen is a nationally certified pediatric nurse practitioner (primary care) specializing in clinical genetics at the University of Tennessee Le Bonheur Pediatric Specialists in Memphis and Jackson, Tennessee since 2017. She is also certified as a Clinical Nurse Leader and an Advanced Clinical Genomics Nurse. She completed her Bachelor of Arts degree in Fine Arts with an emphasis in painting, printmaking, and photography and a minor in cell biology and genetics at San Diego State University and her Master of Science in Nursing and Doctor of Nursing Practice at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center. 

Communications Chair: Shelby Cain, DNP, CPNP-AC

Shelby  is a pediatric nurse practitioner at Le Bonheur Children’s Hospital, where she has worked in pediatric care for nine years — six as a nurse and the last three as a nurse practitioner. She specializes in pediatric gastroenterology and urology, providing comprehensive, family-centered care to children with complex needs. Cain is passionate about improving clinical outcomes, strengthening care coordination and ensuring every child and family feels supported throughout their care. She is an active member of the National Association of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners and is committed to advancing her expertise to remain at the forefront of pediatric specialty care.
