Please nominate a Connecticut NAPNAP member who best exemplifies the Mission of NAPNAP:
Promoting optimal health for children through leadership, practice, advocacy, education or research
Nominations should be submitted in the form of a detailed letter describing how the nominee succeeds in supporting the mission of NAPNAP.
Nominees must to be members of the Connecticut Chapter of NAPNAP.
