CPR Masks
As Nurse Practitioners, we want to promote the health and safety of our community. Our fundraising project is selling CPR masks for people to carry in their car, gym bag, or anyplace where an emergency may happen. If you are a member and are interested in sharing these masks with others, please follow these directions.

On the attached form, put your own name as the contact person for each location to facilitate money collection and distribution.

People placing orders need to pay up front and then the masks will be ordered. The goal is to place a monthly group order. The masks for the previous month will be brought to the regulary scheduled Midwest NAPNAP Chapter meeting for distribution.

As you obtain orders please forward the following information to Jean Koliha jkoliha@cox.net : your name, number of masks desired and how you will get the money to her (directly to her or Midwest NAPNAP board members).
