Pediatric Nurse Practitioner

The Hershey Pediatric Center is seeking to add a full-time Nurse Practitioner to our dedicated team providing care for children and youth from birth to 21 years of age in an enjoyable suburban setting.

The Hershey Pediatric Center is a general pediatric practice located on Chocolate Avenue in Hershey, PA., "The Sweetest Place on Earth" as the town itself advertises. We are currently staffed by one full-time Pediatrician, two part-time Pediatricians and two full-time Physician Assistants. We are ably assisted by RNs and LPNs and a Lactation Consultant. We use electronic records exclusively.

Our Pediatricians and Physician Assistants see newborns at the Hershey Medical Center and Harrisburg Hospital, and our Pediatricians care for general pediatric patients at the Penn State Hershey Children's Hospital. Our providers share on call duties equally and rotate on a weekly basic.

The preferred qualifications for these positions are:
- 3-5 years of pediatric experience in the specific specialty area
- MSN-PNP-Acute Care certification
- 2 or more years Charge RN, Team Lead or Clinical Leader experience
