President: Jill Marks, DNP, CPNP-AC

Jill is an Assistant Professor of Clinical Teaching and Specialty Director of Acute Care Pediatric Nurse Practitioner Program at the University of Colorado College of Nursing. In addition, she works inpatient at CHCO in the Neurology department. 

President-elect and Communication Co-Chair: Sarah Bascand, MSN, CPNP-PC

Sarah currently works at Children's Hospital Colorado in Interventional Radiology. When she is not working you can find her at a pottery wheel, spending time outside, and traveling. She enjoy taking advantage of everything that Denver has to offer. 

Immediate Past President/Communication Co-Chair: Sarah Pihl, DNP, CPNP-AC

Sarah received her Acute Care PNP degree in 2009 from Rush University. Currently, Sarah works in Hospital Medicine providing care at CHCO and for the Eagle County community at Vail Health. She received recognition as a Clinical Expert from the Department of Pediatrics in 2023.

Treasurer: Alison Conley, MSN, CPNP-PC

Alison received her graduate training at the University of Central Florida (Go Knights! Charge On!). Currently, she works at CHCO, caring for children with epilepsy. She has been a member of NAPNAP since 2005. Alison is the mom of three boys.

Secretary: Mary Conyers, MSN, CPNP-PC

Mary graduated with her masters degree from CU in 2019.  She works at CHCO in the Pulmonary Clinic. She enjoys living in Colorado and spending as much time as possible with family and being in the mountains.

Education Co-Chair: Jennifer Rosen, CPNP-PC, MPH

Jennifer works at the Young Mothers and Families Clinic and Child Health Clinic at CHCO.  She is a Senior Instructor at the University of Colorado College of Nursing and the Speciality Director for the Pediatric Primary Care Program. Her clinical interests include health promotion and adolescent care. In her free time she likes skiing with her family.

Legislative Chair: Molly Lalonde, MSN PNP-BC

Molly practices at Thompson River Pediatrics. She is a member of the NAPNAP Developmental Behavioral and Mental Health SIG, PNCB Pharmacology Pediatric Updates Committee, and she also works as a preceptor and as adjunct faculty at the University of Northern Colorado.

Membership Chair: Julie Zavala, DNP, CPNP-PC

Julie (she/her/hers) works in school-based health centers for Every Child Pediatrics in the Metro Denver area. Julie has been an active member of our Chapter for over 20 years!  In her free time she loves to garden, hike, take photos and travel.

Website & Social Media Chair: Amy Wrenn, DNP, CPNP-PC, FNP-C, PMHS

Amy has been a PNP for 20 years. She currently works at CHCO in Pulmonary department in the Aerodigestive Program as the NP Clinical Coordinator and also the Lead APP for outpatient Pulmonary. She was recognized as a Senior Expert in Clinical Practice Development by the Department of Pediatrics in 2024.
