When these dates arrive I will have about three years of Pediatric ICU experience, which has strengthened my background in pediatric care, assessments, and critical thinking. I will be eager and ready to transition to primary care. I am looking forward to engaging with different preceptors that are eager to teach. I am also interested in placements that are interested in teaching with intent to hire in the future. Please let me know if you have any question or need any additional information other than what is provided below. I look forward to hearing from you.

1/6/2020-4/26/2020: 64 hour clinical component for advanced health assessment. I will practice skills every other week based on what was learned in lecture the week prior.
5/4/2020-8/23/2020: I will need 300 hours in primary care pediatric experience. This is for 16 weeks, which equates to 22.5 hours per week.
8/31/2020-12/20/2020: I will need 300 hours in primary care pediatric experience. This is for 16 weeks, which equates to 22.5 hours per week.
Out of the total 600 hours from 5/4/2020-12/20/2020 I can spend 100 hours out of the 600 hours in a speciality clinic such as cardiology, neurology, GI, etc and would be interested in doing so if the opportunity presents itself.
I must complete a minimum of 150 hours with a NP. I can practice in ambulatory clinics, pediatric offices, school clinics, community health clinics, urgent care centers, and long term facilities.
