Christina earned her BSN from Johns Hopkins University and completed her MSN and DNP at the Medical University of South Carolina, where she prepared as a primary care pediatric nurse practitioner with a focus on nursing education. She later completed a post-graduate certificate in pediatric acute care at Wayne State University.

Christina is an Associate Professor at Grand Valley State University, where she supports graduate nursing education, pediatric nurse practitioner preparation, and simulation. She has been active in NAPNAP since she was a student and contributes to national work related to foster care, child maltreatment, and professional issues.

Stacy has practiced as a pediatric nurse practitioner for more than a decade and currently serves as a specialty coordinator at Wayne State University. She previously served as NAPNAP Secretary and as Co-President of the Emergency Care Special Interest Group.

Stacy values building meaningful professional connections and supporting the continued growth of the Michigan Chapter. Outside of work, she enjoys football, especially the Seattle Seahawks and the University of Michigan, as well as exercising, spending time outdoors, and being with her family.

Megan began her career as a registered nurse in general pediatrics at Riley Hospital for Children. She later completed her MSN and joined the Riley pediatric endocrinology team as a pediatric nurse practitioner.

While serving as the advanced practice provider team lead in pediatric hematology-oncology, Megan earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from the University of Michigan. Dr. Harris has served in several Michigan Chapter leadership positions, beginning her board service as treasurer.

Ashley began her career as a registered nurse in a pediatric critical care unit. She later earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree and pediatric nurse practitioner certifications in primary and acute care.

Throughout her career, Ashley has served on professional committees, participated in clinical projects, and precepted advanced practice students. She has also served as adjunct nursing faculty at Grand Valley State University.

Ashley is particularly interested in nutrition in the acute care setting. She has collaborated on research examining the implementation of a feeding algorithm in the pediatric intensive care unit and has presented this work at local and national conferences.

Nicole earned her BSN from Michigan State University and began her career at Children’s Hospital of Michigan. She cared for children receiving hematology, oncology, bone marrow transplant, and nephrology services.

Nicole later earned her MSN and completed her pediatric acute care nurse practitioner certification at Wayne State University. She currently practices in the pediatric intensive care unit at Michigan Medicine.

Nicole has been involved with the Michigan Chapter since she was a pediatric nurse practitioner student and looks forward to continuing her service as a chapter board member.
